How to apply sealants guide

To ensure you apply your sealant in the most beneficial way, please follow these instructions and/or watch the application video. 

Preparation

• Ensure surface to be treated is clean and bone dry.
• Application should only be completed if the surface temperature is between 10-30 degrees celsius.
• Test product in an inconspicuous area and allow 24 hours to ensure desired results are achieved prior to treating entire surface.

Application

• Apply one coat of undiluted sealant with a low pressure sprayer or a lambswool applicator from left to right.
• Immediately apply a second coat in the opposite direction.
• Together, this equates to one wet-on-wet coat.
• Ensure there is no excess or pooling.
• An additional wet-on-wet coat may be applied by repeating steps 1-3, to ensure complete coverage.
